What are the benefits of keeping CleanMeNext?
Properties that continue with CleanMeNext can keep existing housekeeping and maintenance workflows unchanged - day one.
What should I do before my AutoClerk Atlas go-live date if I want to keep CleanMeNext?
Notify CleanMeNext and your onboarding manager at AutoClerk. Let us know as early as possible that you intend to continue using CleanMeNext. Early coordination helps ensure a seamless transition and uninterrupted service.

What if I decide later to use AutoClerk Atlas for housekeeping and maintenance instead?
CleanMeNext is offered on a flexible month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. Your housekeeping and maintenance teams can continue working as they do today while you evaluate AutoClerk Atlas and determine what works best for your property. If you decide to make a change in the future, simply contact us to cancel.
Will my housekeeping and maintenance teams need retraining?
No retraining of CleanMeNext is required. Your housekeeping and maintenance teams can continue using the same CleanMeNext mobile app and workflows they use today, helping to minimize disruption and maintain operational consistency during your AutoClerk Atlas transition.
If you are new to CleanMeNext and choose to add it to your AutoClerk Atlas environment, our team will guide you through the setup process and provide comprehensive training to ensure a successful launch.
Will my existing CleanMeNext data and user accounts transfer?
Yes. All historical data is retained and remains accessible, just as it is today.
If I'm new to CleanMeNext with AutoClerk Atlas is training included?
Yes! Training is included with every CleanMeNext subscription. For new customers, once your sign-up process is complete, you’ll receive instructions for scheduling onboarding and training sessions with our team.
For existing CleanMeNext customers transitioning to AutoClerk Atlas no training is required. Our commitment remains the same: training and ongoing support are provided at no additional charge. Whether you need a refresher, assistance onboarding new team members, or help taking advantage of additional features, our team is here to help.
Is CleanMeNext included with AutoClerk Atlas?
As part of the AutoClerk Atlas transition, CleanMeNext will no longer be automatically included as part of your PMS services. Please contact us at atlas@cleanmenext.com for the Best Western negotiated rates.
Do I have to sign a contract to continue with CleanMeNext?
No. CleanMeNext is provided on a flexible month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment required. You can continue enjoying the benefits of CleanMeNext for as long as it meets your operational needs. Should you decide to cancel in the future, contact us.
What happens if I do not continue using CleanMeNext?
If you choose not to continue your CleanMeNext subscription before or after your AutoClerk Atlas transition, access to CleanMeNext user accounts, historical data, and operational records will be discontinued in accordance with our data retention policies. Are there any new features in CleanMeNext?
The transition to AutoClerk Atlas brings new features while maintaining all the great features you already use. New features include:

Improved Integration Performance
CleanMeNext and AutoClerk Atlas now communicate more efficiently, significantly reducing delays between system updates. For example, when a room is marked clean or inspected in CleanMeNext, the status is reflected in AutoClerk Atlas almost immediately—compared to delays of up to five minutes in previous versions of AutoClerk.

Expanded Room Status Support
AutoClerk Atlas supports both Clean and Inspected room statuses, fully synchronized with CleanMeNext. Changes made in either system are automatically reflected in the other.
